Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible to execute the timely and correct delivery of machine builds to Data Centers across the world. The Project Coordinator will play an integral role in ensuring that our services continue to run and scale along with our customers’ needs. Along with execution responsibilities, you will also participate in process sustainability and improvement initiatives, thus playing a key role in program evolution. You will need to operate on multiple levels in order to be successful; have an understanding of weekly schedules and cadences which will drive execution work, and a willingness to absorb context and appreciate the nuances of builds will ensure that the fleet is optimized.

Your role and responsibilities:

Provide data audit and integrity tasks to support Senior Program Managers with day-to-day operations

Analyze project data for efficiency and accuracy

Monitor and track builds schedule, reconcile delays, gather information for delays, work with cross functional teams to mitigate risks and recovery plans.

Route tickets for movement of component inventory to coordinate shipment changes and communicate potential impact to the project schedule of projects

Manage the change management for programs tool

Create and close project codes in the system for Program Managers

Assign, track, and record Stockkeeping Unit (SKU) requests

Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and vendors

Maintain familiarity with internal processes and software tools required to perform services

Support Program Managers on ad hoc projects and tasks

Attend project meetings as required

Execute any other tasks assigned by your Client or Astreya Manager

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Strong communication is a must

1-2 years of work experience in a high paced business setting

2 - 4 years of project experience

Ability to problem solve and ask questions to achieve goals

Experience with Gmail Suite or comparable programs

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

Passion and adaptability for functioning in an ambiguous and evolving environment

Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to self-audit

Ability to work closely to a schedule and report on risks

Demonstrated comfort with large datasets requiring attention at the line level

Ability to learn new systems tools / apps and navigate internal Sites pages

Ability to work with team members collaboratively

Ability to use Mac or Windows OS systems effectively

Preferred Skills

Experience with materials delivery or logistics

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Working knowledge of spreadsheets such as Google sheets and Excel for data management and reporting
