IANULY Talent Accelerators is seeking a team member who will play a key role in the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience recruiting for startups in the Ad Tech, Fintech and Health Tech space. This is a diverse, full-desk role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. The position will be based in NYC or Seattle.


  • Talent Accelerator Consultant will develop strong relationships with in house clients, hiring managers and candidates
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens to thoroughly evaluate candidates technical and soft skills
  • Document and prepare professional write-ups and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner
  • Analyze, research and understand position requirements to identify qualified talent
  • Talent Acquisition Consultant helps hiring managers craft compelling job descriptions
  • Use targeted recruitment methods, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, other resume search portals to identify candidates
  • Apply active recruiting techniques, including cold calling to develop candidate pipeline
  • Leverage applicant tracking tools (Workable) to source talent with specific skill sets
  • Communicate at all levels to inform the staffing and HR teams, and management about a candidate search status
  • Use sound business judgment and common sense when approaching obstacles and solving problems during candidate searches
  • Balance the demands of the client with the defined constraints of the candidate search
  • Strive for enthusiastically satisfied clients on every engagement


  • 2-5+ years of Talent Acquisition Consultant experience in Ad Tech, Fintech and Health Tech startup space
  • Extensive experience in sourcing and identifying candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods (e.g. Boolean, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Flexible and willing to assist other team members as requested
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Talent Acquisition Consultant must be a strategic thinker and problem solver
  • G Suite and Microsoft Office experience is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
