PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:* Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.* Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to help deliver results.* Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.* Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area.* Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.* Share relevant thought leadership.* Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others.* Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships.* Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience:2 year(s)Required Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrating current or past thorough knowledge of and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member of the PwC Talent Acquisition functionPreferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member within a talent acquisition-related function, identifying and addressing team/client needs that include the following areas:* Participating in discussions and meetings;* Communicating a broad range of Firm services both internally and externally;* Communicating complex strategic rationale or tactical intent of recruitment changes;* Managing projects, including preparing concise, accurate documents while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;* Assisting with recruitment technology implementation, maintenance and iterative enhancements including but not limited to recruiting systems (i.e.: ATS, CRM, interview scheduling) and new vendor technology;* Assisting with the development of protocols so the tools may be used efficiently within an organization's guidelines, including other business or internal stakeholder functions that interact with Talent Acquisition;* Understanding and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) process including writing test scripts and scenarios; anticipating negative test cases, requiring a thorough understanding of a tool's intention/use, for implementation success;* Understanding the various Entry-level and/or experienced recruiting programs and processes for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing both a broad understanding of the firm's line of services structures and related recruiting activities and strategies to meet hiring goals within markets;* Applying project management skills to moderately complex situations;* Developing UAT for new technology implementations as well as technical updates to existing systems;* Working directly and managing relationships with an internal Shared Services Center, Talent Acquisition professionals, and outside vendors;* Identifying areas for process improvement in a recruiting function;* Providing discretion and independent judgement throughout the project management life-cycle;* Creating, implementing and executing training on less complex technologies;* Working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment;* Analyzing competitor research, applying findings and using discretion to present recommendations to the Talent Acquisition leadership team;* Leveraging a high degree of independent judgment to decide on the most effective approach to provide the most value for our clients;* Conducting research on emerging technologies and summarizing for leadership;* Responding to routine recruiting system/process-related questions from TA professionals and HR colleagues;* Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to technology solutions and actively troubleshooting/training TA team members on urgent or routine issues; and,* Supporting and helping to drive the strategic vision for developing and implementing new processes and technologies for entry-level and experienced Talent Acquisition.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to race; creed; color; religion; national origin; sex; age; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; genetic predisposition or carrier status; veteran, marital, or citizenship status; or any other status protected by law.
